Raven Armenta began helping clients with home loans in 2015, when she helped her then-fiancé build a fast-growing startup bank focused on hard-to-close mortgage deals. Through that experience, she developed a deep understanding of creative financing and complex loan scenarios that many traditional lenders struggled to solve. This skill lead her into starting her own company within Real Estate.
In 2021, Raven stepped away from mortgages to launch her own real estate investment company. Employing a team of eight — including her daughter — she participated in more than 365 investment transactions. Her experience spans Airbnb properties, Subject 2 financing, seller financing, long-term rentals, fix-and-flips, BRRRR strategies, double close, and wholesaling.
As the market shifted, Raven realized her true passion was combining her real-world investing experience with mortgage lending to help others build wealth through real estate. She found herself geeking out over numbers, strategy, and finding creative ways to get clients approved — especially in situations where other lenders had already said no.
That passion ultimately became her brand: Your Loan Geek.
